Hi there! I’m Michelle deBlanc, the founder and one of the owners of The High Horse Mobile Bar Co., a unique mobile horse trailer bar based in New Orleans. My journey in the hospitality industry spans over 25 years, weaving through roles as a bartender, manager, event planner, and even a yacht stewardess. Despite experiencing a variety of professional arenas, my passion always led me back to the service industry.

The Story Behind New Orleans’ Premier Horse Trailer Bar

As a native New Orleanian, I embrace our love for vibrant parties, whether I’m hosting, planning, or simply attending. In 2020, while scrolling through Instagram, a new idea sparked my interest: mobile cocktail bars crafted from horse trailers! Intrigued by the clever concept, I found myself imagining the possibilities of combining this innovative idea with my passion for hospitality and recent interest in renovation.

With that, the vision for The High Horse Mobile Bar Co. was born—a company where creativity, entertainment, and renovation converge. Of course, transforming this vision into a mobile cocktail bar reality required finding the perfect horse trailer and, importantly, the right partner to embark on this journey with me.

That’s where my co-owner, Stephen, comes into the picture. A master welder and fellow veteran of the service industry, Stephen played a crucial role in bringing the High Horse mobile bar to life. Despite our disagreements (which, trust me, were plenty!), his meticulous building skills and dedication were instrumental in creating the unique mobile horse trailer bar that is now The High Horse Mobile Bar Co.

As we look to the future, our ambition doesn’t stop at just one trailer. We’re excited about the prospect of expanding our fleet and helping other business owners bring their mobile bar dreams to life. So, stay tuned!
