1. What are the dimensions of the High Horse mobile cocktail bar trailer?
Our unique horse trailer bar, lovingly named Stella, measures 14 feet in length, 7 feet in width, and 9 feet in height.
2. What are the setup requirements for the horse trailer bar at my event location?
The horse trailer bar requires a flat surface that is easily accessible, ideally with electricity on-site. The serving window is located on the driver’s side of the trailer. If electricity is not available at your event location, we can provide a generator as part of your mobile bar package.
3. What is the payment schedule for booking the mobile cocktail bar?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date. Another 25% is due 21 days before your event, with the remaining balance payable 7 days prior to the event.
4. Does High Horse Mobile Bar Co. have insurance coverage?
Absolutely. We carry a $1,000,000 general liability and liquor liability policy for peace of mind at all events.
5. Are your bartenders professionally trained?
Yes, indeed! All our bartenders hold ABO certifications and bring their extensive cocktail knowledge and friendly service to every event.
6. What is the range of your mobile bar service?
We love bringing parties to life no matter where they are. Although we’re based in the Greater New Orleans Area, we’re happy to travel to your event, within reason. Please note, for any location more than 35 miles away, we charge a travel fee of $1.00 per mile one way.
7. What responsibilities do we (the host) have during the event?
As hosts, your main job is to enjoy the party! We take care of all the details of the mobile bar service, from setup to clean-up. Simply show up and have fun at your extraordinary celebration!
